Nothing that I didn't like.

The recently renovated rooms were modern and clean, perfect for young people like us. We had a great time exploring the historic attractions nearby and experiencing the vibrant cultural festival. Definitely recommending it to all our friends for our next party-filled vacation!
If there was one thing we wished for, it would be more nightlife options for young party-goers. While the hotel was conveniently located, it would have been awesome to have some buzzing clubs or bars within walking distance.

The rooms were fresh and trendy, and the family that owned the place were super chill. The best part was the location, dude. We were only a short walk away from the Roman bridge and the Plaza Major, where the party went on till 2 a.m. It was totally rad, bro!
The only thing I'd ask for is more happening activities for us young party-goers. The hotel was wicked and all, but some cool events or nightlife suggestions would have taken our stay to the next level.

The café-bar served a breakfast that was barely edible and the vending machines were always out of the good stuff. The hotel was conveniently close to the Alcazaba, but that just made it easier for the noise to keep me up all night.
The 24-hour reception was a total joke. It was like talking to a brick wall - a brick wall that never made any effort to help me, that is.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the awesome Roman sites and the buzzing Plaza Major. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were super chill and helpful. We had a blast exploring Merida and partying like there was no tomorrow!
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it would be some more happening nightlife near the hotel. We were hoping to have some crazy fun after exploring the city, but the options around the hotel were a bit limited for young party-goers like us.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent! The rooms were recently renovated and beautiful, especially the ones downstairs. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even assisting me when I needed help with parking. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Roman bridge and the lively Plaza Major.
Breakfast choices could be improved, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

The rooms at Hotel Lusitania are great! We had a private bathroom with a balcony, which was a nice touch. As a guest who enjoys fresh air and a view, having a balcony made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the tile/marble floor in the triple room and the air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bath and bidet combination in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

Our stay at a hotel in Merida was satisfactory. The location was excellent, as we were able to easily walk to most of the Roman sites. The private underground car park provided a convenient and secure place for our car. Additionally, the value for money was great, especially with the inclusion of a Spanish breakfast.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lusitania for the cultural festival in Merida. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to the Roman bridge and Plaza Major, which were bustling until late at night. The recently renovated rooms were modern and beautiful, and the family-owners were super friendly. The hotel was also very clean. We didn't book breakfast or parking, as both were available around the corner. a great experience and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
100% Recommend this hotel.
